Blacksite Lockdown — After-Action Chronicle
October 14, 2025. During transit, a detainee identified as Sebastian feigned sedation, then revived unguarded. Within minutes he neutralized an Elite Guardsman, seized a high-tier keycard, and began a broad containment breach—opening cells and triggering a site-wide lockdown. HQ ordered immediate evacuation to bunker shelters or the Submarine Docks while external teams attempted to protect the Crystal at The Ridge. The environment quickly turned hostile; entry without severe losses was untenable. Urbanshade activated the Expendable protocol, dispatching EXR-P units to recover the target and sweep “loose assets.” Five hours and sixteen minutes later, the first EXR-P contingent reached the facility.
With no standing operatives inside, Sebastian exploited the chaos. Roughly half an hour into lockdown he raided the vault housing The Mask of Sadness, forcing it onto a staff member and catalyzing a M.o.S.A. event. The resulting entity tore through the halls, assimilating over a hundred victims before a skirmish with Guardsman Henry left it shaken; it now avoids fights unless intruded upon.
At T+1:26, the AD-E suppression in Valcula Void-mass containment went offline and the door opened. Multiple variant forms spawned immediately; the standing floodlight contingency erased all but a new sixth variant that survived the exposure. Though the AD-E system was re-enabled seventeen minutes later, estimates suggest 6,200–6,700 of these “Puddles of Void-Mass” dispersed through crawlspaces and lockers, dragging in anything that disturbed them.
CCTV then captured variant Anglers—nicknamed Blitz, Pinkie, Froger, and Chainsmoker—behaving much like the original with quirks per instance. Field staff are instructed to engage as if facing the base specimen.
Using EXR-P as data mules, Sebastian bartered stolen kit—Code Breachers, lamps—for research intel, and broadcast encrypted signals toward third-party labs. He later hijacked an experimental portable SCRAMBLER, blacking out nearby cams and radio when needed.
Four hours in, he contacted The p.AI.nter in Heavy Containment, promising release if Crystal retrieval lagged. After splicing it into the mainframe, our countermeasure shunts limited the breach, but the entity still commandeered the PA, snagged low-level Navi-AI access, and puppeted StaleBreaker test rigs. It began luring the Mask via the PA like a “dog whistle,” nudging it room-to-room through matching numeric cues on the Navi-AI. Personnel dubbed this duo “Good People.” It also discovered that jamming PDG frequencies with certain music would trigger the shotgun failsafe on users.
At T+5:34, Sebastian freed Eyefestation into the ocean, yet it remained in the Let-Vand Zone, hunting. Survivors reported an intrusive voice—sometimes mimicking loved ones or superiors—compelling eye contact. Separately, a ventilation failure in Paranoia’s Box flooded areas with trigger agents, gifting any entrant a bouquet of phobias until systems were repaired.
Containment continues. EXR-P will prioritize the Crystal, then sweep and bag remaining “assets.” Further notices will publish on secure channels.
